Family Medicine Portland Indiana We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our established and reputable team in Portland, IN. In addition to salary, physician could receive up to $300,000 in loan forgiveness, signing bonus, or combination. Position Details: Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm On-Call: 1:3; 10% Inpatient / 90% Outpatient EKGs in office Key Responsibilities: Provide FM care for Jay County and surrounding rural areas.
