Data Entry PositionJob Description:Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with entering and updating data in spreadsheets and company databasesAccurately input, verify, and maintain records to ensure data integrityReview data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as neededOrganize and manage electronic files and documentsPerform routine data audits and quality checksSupport team members with administrative tasks related to data managementMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyQualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious data entry or administrative experience preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google SheetsBasic computer and typing skills (fast and accurate entry)Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsPreferred TraitsSelf-motivated and dependableAbility to work independently or as part of a teamGood communication skillsPay Details: $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
