The Opportunity: From First Close to Scaling the Team
We aren't looking for a manager to sit behind a dashboard. We are looking for a Founding Sales Leader. This is a "Player-Coach" role designed for a high-octane producer. For the first six months, you will be on the front lines selling—learning the nuances of our customers and perfecting the process. Once you’ve mastered the cycle, you will architect the department, hiring and leading the team that will take Ecopool to the next level.
What You’ll Do
Own the Pipeline: Rapidly convert high-intent leads into Ecopool owners and authorized dealers.
Master the Sale: Conduct deep-dive needs analyses and product demos that turn prospects into brand evangelists.
Consultative Architecture: Provide expert quotes for both custom homeowner projects and large-scale dealer partnerships.
Build the Playbook: Document the winning strategies you use in the first 6 months to create the foundation for sales training.
Scale the Org: Identify, hire, and mentor a world-class sales team to achieve double-digit annual growth.
