Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.You will utilize an RF scanner and safely mobilize materials on the warehouse floor and racksYou will maintain an accurate count of materials upon receipt from containers and in preparation for deliveryYou will use inventory control/logistics or WMS software to track itemsYou will operate material handling equipment including sit down and standup forkliftsYou will perform in different roles throughout the warehouse including unloading/loading trailers by handMore About YouWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment; will need to qualify for forklift certification within 90 days of hireSkilled communicator, organized, and willing to learn; will need to reach 95% productivity rating within 90 days of hireAble to stand for 8-10 hours daily and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basisAble to work flexible and varied hours to support team in a fast-paced work environmentMinimum 1 year of experience with SAP or WMS software a plusPrior history of excellent attendanceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needsStarting Rate: $19.26Benefits = Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401KEverything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
