Target annual commission: $13,200.00 Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding. Medical, Dental, Vision. 50% 401(k) match up to 7%. PTO eligibility after 30 days up to 19 days annually. 5-day, 40-hour work week. More personal time daily than the average retail or wireless role. What You'll Do You'll work inside a premium OEM automotive dealership, representing Dealer Tire as the go-to tire expert. After completing a comprehensive, fully paid training program, you will: Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Perform quick tire inspections. Identify and explain tire-related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations such as inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. A natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer-based tools and order systems.
