Collections Litigation Attorney

Our client is a collections-focused law firm, looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their team. Must have collections litigation experience and be admitted in the state of Florida. Will be worked primarily remotely, with onsite court appearances. Job Description Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 Preferably collection litigation experience. Ability to manage a caseload from beginning to end: litigation, motion practice, discovery, trial experience, document review and execution. Ability to communicate with clients and meet client processing requirements. Job Requirements Collections litigation experience required. Licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
