Key Responsibilities Support quality, safety, and service initiatives across the organization and its service lines. Utilize Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Change Management methodologies to improve processes. Collect, analyze, and report data outcomes for process improvement projects. Collaborate with hospital administration, department directors, managers, medical staff, healthcare providers, and external vendors. Facilitate improvement teams, using data-driven strategies to implement and sustain changes. Compensation Salary: $85,000 annually. Employment Type: Full-time. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Non-Nursing Bachelor's degree with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), or Doctoral degree in Nursing. Skills and Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License. CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) or CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist) Certification required within 12 months of hire. Ideal Candidate Experience as a Diabetes Educator. Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
