This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional who wants to gain hands‑on experience across design, planning, entitlement, and project coordination.Individually, we are impressive. Together, we are unstoppable.What You’ll Do You’ll contribute to projects from concept through construction documentation while working closely with our landscape architects and planners, and collaborate with our design partners too.Core ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptual site design, master planning, site planning, planting designs and construction details.Prepare plans and details using AutoCADPrepare graphics and presentation materials using SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative SuiteSupport planning team with occasional entitlement and regulatory submittalsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and consultantsContribute to grading coordination and construction documentationWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in landscape architectureDegree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fieldProficiency in AutoCAD requiredExperience with SketchUp and/or Lumion requiredExperience with Microsoft Office requiredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferredExperience with Bluebeam Revu preferredStrong design sensibility and graphic presentation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage deadlines and work collaboratively as a team memberWhy Strata?We are a Culture First company that believes our success starts with supporting our employees.
