Position TitleSenior UX Product DesignerLocation:Malvern, PA (Hybrid)Clearance RequirementsNonePosition StatusContractPay Rate$43.00 /hourPosition DescriptionWe are seeking a highly collaborative and strategic Senior UX Product Designer to support the design and delivery of impactful, client-facing digital sales demo experiences. This role is ideal for a UX professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder engagement, and can translate complex business objectives into polished, user-centered experiences.In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Experience Design to create compelling demo experiences that showcase digital products and platform capabilities. You will support both current-state demo systems and the evolution of next-generation demo experiences on the Saleo platform.This is a high-visibility opportunity with strong exposure to senior leadership and the ability to directly influence business growth, client retention, and enterprise digital experience strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging, user-centered demo experiences aligned with business and client objectivesCollaborate with Product, Sales, UX, and Engineering teams to execute strategic design initiatives and roadmap prioritiesSupport the transition and modernization of demo capabilities within the Saleo platform ecosystemCreate, manage, and maintain scalable Figma assets, prototypes, design systems, and component librariesEstablish and enforce UX design standards, accessibility best practices, interaction patterns, and visual consistencyTranslate stakeholder feedback, user needs, and business goals into intuitive design solutionsDrive cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of demo experiencesBuild scalable processes and documentation to improve operational efficiency and team collaborationManage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution qualityPresent design concepts, strategic recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teamsMentor and delegate work effectively within collaborative design environmentsRequired Skills/Education5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related digital experience rolesStrong expertise with Figma including prototyping, branching, components, design systems, and version controlExperience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, digital platforms, or customer-facing web experiencesProven ability to lead end-to-end UX design initiatives from concept through deliveryStrong understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, user flows, accessibility, and interaction designExperience building and maintaining UX processes, documentation, and scalable workflowsExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively with senior leadershipStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-moving environmentsExperience supporting product roadmaps and collaborating closely with Product Management teamsFamiliarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development environmentsExperience with sales enablement platforms or demo environments such as Saleo is a plusBachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field preferredAbout Seneca ResourcesAt Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm — we are a trusted career partner.
