Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Position: Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Irvine, CA-3 days a week Onsite) Duration: full time Skills & Experience A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting. An MBA and/or CPA is preferred. At least 7 years of relevant experience in a complex, multinational, multi-site environment. Experience working in a matrixed organization and within the telecommunications industry is highly desirable. Expertise in managing financial planning tools and processes. A deep understanding of US GAAP and fundamental knowledge of cost accounting practices. A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with the ability to challenge norms and existing processes. Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading a high-performance team. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. The ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations. Are you passionate about Planning and Reporting?
