The organization collaborates closely with government stakeholders to ensure that public health technology solutions meet high standards for quality and performance.About the OpportunityThe QA Tester plays a pivotal role in ensuring that public health applications are reliable, user-friendly, and secure before deployment. This position involves building and optimizing automated testing frameworks, enhancing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and applying advanced testing techniques including AI-powered automation. The QA Tester works within an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality assurance processes and deliver high-quality software products.Responsibilities• Develop and optimize automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.• Create scalable cloud-based test environments using AWS, Azure, or Docker.• Implement AI-enhanced testing approaches with tools like GitHub Copilot or Agentic UI Automation.• Conduct automated and manual testing including regression, usability, UAT, and API validation.• Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA professionals to define test strategies and track defect resolution.• Mentor junior QA staff and provide accurate testing estimates.• Maintain comprehensive test documentation.• Ensure compliance with quality, functional, and performance standards.Requirements• Minimum 4 years of Agile software quality assurance experience across the full SDLC for Low Code, No Code, and pro-code solutions.• At least 2 years of experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks.• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, or Jenkins.• Experience with AI-powered QA tools such as GitHub Copilot or Playwright.• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.• Bachelor’s degree.• Successful completion of background and drug screening.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 per year, determined based on skills, qualifications, and approved funding.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
