This individual should be comfortable operating between business users, leadership teams, and technical resources to help drive implementation from concept through execution.While we offer flexibility, preference will be given to candidates located near or willing to work from one of our office locations in:Baltimore, MDDallas, TXMinneapolis–St. Paul, MNNashville, TNPonte Vedra, to execute operational transformation initiativesQualificationsCore Requirements3+ years of experience in operations, systems implementation, automation, consulting, business transformation, RevOps, finance operations, business intelligence, or a related roleDemonstrated experience implementing AI tools, workflow automations, operational systems, or reporting infrastructure in a real business environmentStrong understanding of how businesses operate across functions such as finance, operations, business development, HR, recruiting, reporting, and project managementAbility to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable workflows, systems, automation solutions, and reporting environmentsStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiativesHigh attention to detail with strong documentation and process design capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with leadership teams and operational stakeholdersTechnical & Systems ExperienceHands-on experience working with AI tools and LLM platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar
