This is a W2, in-person role providing psychiatric care to patients aged 11 and up.The role includes a hybrid model: providing in-person care from our Santa Ana office, with the option to see some patients via telehealth.As a MOOD provider, you'll treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder.This position is ideal for a clinician seeking meaningful, flexible, and supported psychiatric practice in a dynamic environment.What You'll DoProvide in-person and telehealth psychiatric care to adolescents (11+) and adultsConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plansPrescribe and manage medications, with careful attention to safety, efficacy, and patient educationMaintain timely and complete clinical documentation in accordance with state and practice standardsParticipate in case consultations and peer collaborationBuild strong therapeutic rapport with patients from diverse backgroundsWhat We OfferCompetitive pay for providers who work in office: $100-$110 per hour-long encounter (W2, pay-per-encounter)Malpractice and tail coverageFlexible scheduling within clinic hours (you set your availability)A supportive, collaborative environment with a focus on clinical qualityStreamlined EHR and tech platform to minimize admin burdenLeadership and growth opportunities as our practice expandsQualificationsActive California PMHNP license and California furnishing numberActive or pending California DEA license2+ years of experience treating adolescents (ages 11–17) and adultsExperience diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorderComfort with hybrid care delivery: in-person and virtualProficiency with EHR and telehealth platformsSpanish fluency is a plus, but not requiredSchedule & SettingJob Type: Part-time, Full-timeSetting: In-person (Santa Ana, CA) + TelehealthSchedule: Monday to Friday availability preferred; some weekend availability a plusJoin UsThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and innovative environment.
