We sell to OEMs, panel builders, and industrial end users across North America. We move fast, keep things simple, and expect people to take ownership of their work, and be able to work independently with an eye for making improvements. We have been in operation for 30 years and we are growing!The RoleWe're looking for an inside sales rep who can handle the full customer lifecycle: quoting, order entry, follow-up, and problem-solving. You'll work directly with customers by phone and email, build product knowledge quickly, and support our sales and operations team day to day.This is not a passive order-taking role. We want to be responsive, accurate, and proactive.What You'll Do–    Handle inbound customer inquiries and generate quotes–    Process orders and coordinate with our warehouse and purchasing teams–    Follow up on open quotes and maintain customer relationships–    Research product options and cross-references for customers–    Assist with pricing, catalog updates, and product data as needed–    Support e-commerce and back-end system tasks as you grow into the roleWhat We're Looking For–    Local to Yulee, FL or Nassau County — this is an on-site position–    High School Diploma or equivalent minimum–    Required: Background in industrial controls, electrical controls, or related technical sales–    Comfortable learning product lines quickly and explaining them to customers–    Strong attention to detail on quotes, orders, and follow-up–    Clear written and verbal communication–    Some travel may be required but this is an inside position, we expect travel to be minimal but more may come with career growthStrong Pluses–    NetSuite ERP experience–    SQL or database familiarity–    HTML or basic web/coding skills–    E-commerce or product data experienceCompensation & Schedule–    Salary $50-60k— rate commensurate with experience–    Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site in Yulee, FL–    Medical, Dental, and Vision plans–    401k with company match–    Paid Time off / Holidays–    Family Friendly EnvironmentHow to ApplySend your resume and a brief note about your background to info@springercontrols.com.
