Senior Quantity Surveyor

𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Senior Quantity Surveyor𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Centre, INWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support large-scale capital construction projects for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex, high-value projects exceeding $200M while working closely with construction and project controls teams in a fast-paced field environment.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀:• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Measurer• Strong expertise in field-based measurement of installed construction work• Experience supporting large-scale capital projects ($200M+)• Ability to quantify multiple trades including mechanical, electrical & architectural• Strong documentation, reporting & progress tracking skills• Experience with real-time quantity take-offs and installed work validation• Background in pharma, oil & gas, or industrial construction preferred• Hands-on field experience may be considered instead of a formal degree𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Measure and track installed quantities across project scopes• Perform quantity take-offs based on field progress• Track drywall, piping, cable, electrical & infrastructure installations• Monitor and report project progress against construction plans• Collaborate with construction and project controls teams• Validate installed work and maintain accurate documentation• Ensure alignment between field measurements and reporting requirements
