Presales Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Apparel/Fashion Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred3–7 years of relevant experience in presales, consulting, industrial software, CAD environments, or manufacturing operationsStrong understanding of fashion manufacturing workflows and/or cutting room processesExperience with CAD solutions is a mustAbility to assess customer workflows and identify opportunities for operational improvement through technologyStrong consultative, analytical, and customer-facing communication skillsAbility to translate technical workflows into business value and customer outcomesStrong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence both operational users and leadership teamsAbility to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentExperience supporting software, SaaS, or digital workflow solutionsExposure to Industry 4.0, digital transformation, or connected manufacturing initiativesExperience in customer-facing technical sales, solution consulting, or process consultingBusiness fluency in EnglishSpanish is a plus
