Job DetailsDescriptionESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead daily IT operations supporting casino, hotel, food & beverage, and administrative functions Plan and execute PMS upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring minimal operational disruption Manage integrations between PMS, POS, gaming, finance, loyalty, and reporting systems Ensure system availability, performance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance Develop IT strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and capital planning aligned with business goals Lead, coach, and develop an IT team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment Manage vendors, contracts, and service levels critical to casino and hotel operations Provide timely, professional end‑user support and technology guidance Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.Benefits And Compensation$100,000+ annually based on experienceFull House Resorts offers all full-time employees and eligible family members a comprehensive and valuable benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, a 401(k) retirement plan that includes a matching contribution after one (1) year of service, a generous paid time off program, paid transportation from Colorado Springs and Woodland Park, free local gym membership, tuition reimbursement, resort discounts and incentive comps, and more.Qualification RequirementsProven experience leading PMS upgrades and hospitality system integrationsPrior Casino Or Hospitality IT Experience Strongly PreferredStrong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systemsDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and communicate with operational leadersEducation And/Or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)Five (5) plus years of IT experience, including leadership responsibility.Two (2) years of managerial experience.Language SkillsDemonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.Reasoning AbilityMakes recommendations that may basically evolve on the following:Determine how systems are implemented to ensure reliability, security, and operational alignmentEstablish timing and sequencing of upgrades to minimize business impactAssign roles and responsibilities to ensure the right team members execute the work effectively.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsMust have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License. Must have a Colorado driver license with a good driving record and be at least twenty-one years of age.
