SENOIR MARKETING COORDINATOR Job Type: Full-timeReports To: FounderLocation: In-person - Production Bakery, Hot Little Biscuit Eateries (Charleston, SC)Position Summary:The Senior Marketing Coordinator heads up the marketing for the Callie’s brand, staying on task in a fast-paced environment. This position is managing all graphic design, printing for the entire brand and locations. This position is also managing all social media strategy, schedules, and posting. This role also requires managing inquiries for collabs, events, parties, and is the voice of the brand. Social media, e-commerce, and marketing is an integral par to this role as well, managing day to day communications with our agency, strategizing, and tracking and reporting in the results weekly.Quick and creative thinking is a must in this role – with a self-starter mentality and the ability to take direction and feedback well. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on business needs. This person will manage a part time intern to help assist with the social media and collabsRESPONSIBILITIES + QUALIFICATIONS Analyze daily posts and advertisementsAnalyze online sales + strategies to produce timely social media content and other outreach opportunitiesCreate creative content and captions for scheduled and future postsBe handy with a camera, phone camera and photo editing softwareCommunicate and build relationships with influencers to form collaborative relationshipsRespond to all customer comments, messages, etc. in a timely (at times urgent) manner to ensure engagement rates are maintained and | or improvedMaking sure there is a post on feed/stories all social 7 days per weekResponds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questionsPerforms other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Love for biscuits and other Southern specialtiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailBasic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filingAbility to work independentlyEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree in related field preferredThree+ years in a marketing role preferred
