Senior Solutions Architect, Robotics Simulation
Overview
In this role, you will be at the forefront of translating robotics research into scalable, real-world solutions. You’ll partner with researchers, engineers, and customers to extend NVIDIA’s simulation stack, optimize end-to-end workflows, and drive adoption of Physical AI platforms. You will shape how partners rig, simulate, and validate robotics workflows, blending physics-based simulation with learned models. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

ResponsibilitiesAdopt, extend, and scale NVIDIA’s simulation technologies with robotics partnersBuild and optimize end-to-end workflows for rigging, physics, multi-solver integration, rendering, sensor simulation, and synthetic data generationDiagnose performance and integration bottlenecks across simulation, rendering, data movement, and large-scale workloadsLead evaluations, proofs of concept, workshops, and reference implementations to accelerate platform adoptionValidate hybrid physics and neural-model approaches for learned-policy workflows and sim-to-real deploymentCollaborate with NVIDIA engineering, product, and business teams to translate ecosystem needs into product feedback and roadmaps
Key requirementsBS/MS/PhD or equivalent in Robotics, CS, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field5+ years hands-on experience building robotics simulation applicationsDeep expertise with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, or Drake and core simulation domains (physics, rendering, sensor modeling, rigging)Familiarity with ROS 2 and robotics formats (OpenUSD, URDF, MJCF)Proficiency in Python or C++, with experience integrating APIs and distributed systemsUnderstanding of GPU-accelerated computing for robotics simulation and ML workflowsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsstrong communicationcollaboration across diverse audiencesproblem-solving orientationIsaac SimMuJoCoGazebo
