Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer
Overview
In this role you will integrate security across the software development lifecycle to deliver secure, scalable, and rapidly deployable mission-critical systems for geospatial intelligence. You will work with software, security, and operations teams to embed security in CI/CD, containerized environments, and cloud infrastructure. The position supports a classified and unclassified environment, demanding disciplined, secure engineering practices. You will contribute to secure delivery and continuous improvement in DevSecOps tooling and processes.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for microservices and containersSupport containerized deployments with Docker and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift)Manage and monitor infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)Provision and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure)Shift-left security integration with static/dynamic code analysisCollaborate to harden environments and secure cloud-native architecturesDiagnose and resolve build/deploy/system performance issuesAssist in RMF/STIGs-compliant security activitiesDocument configurations and drive DevSecOps process improvements
