The Booking Agent will be responsible for booking, coordinating and managing event bookings, utilizing booking systems to ensure seamless scheduling, and maintaining relationships with clients and venue representatives. Additional responsibilities include responding reaching out to venues, responding to inquiries, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to fulfill booking requirements effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to securing new opportunities and growing the organization’s presence in the entertainment industry.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and venues.Experience with Booking Systems for efficient scheduling and organizational tasksProven Sales and Negotiation abilities to successfully close deals and maximize opportunitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentFamiliarity with the entertainment or performing arts industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
