The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills and critical thinking necessary for the specialized care of neonates and infants in the NICU setting.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide direct patient care and clinical assessments to neonates and infants in the NICU.\nManage and monitor patients on ventilators and other complex medical devices.\nAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.\nDocument and maintain accurate patient records using Cerner or similar charting systems.\nPrepare for and assist with special procedures and interventions as needed.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\nCurrent RN license in the state of practice.\nACLS and BLS certifications required; CRT or RRT preferred.\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting is preferred.\nCharge nurse experience is a plus.\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
