Business Development Manager
We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of REHAU Industrial Solutions in the U.S. market, with a strong focus on developing new opportunities with OEM customers across different industrial segments.The ideal candidate should combine strong commercial skills with a solid technical understanding of profile extrusion, injection molding, and manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive, customer-oriented professional capable of identifying new business opportunities, building long-term relationships, and converting technical discussions into profitable projects.Key RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in profile extrusion, injection molding, or related manufacturing industries.Strong experience working with OEM customers, including the ability to understand their technical requirements, development processes, qualification steps, and purchasing dynamics.Solid technical understanding of industrial products, applications, tooling, materials, and manufacturing processes.Ability to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities from initial contact through project launch and series production.Willingness to travel frequently and without restrictions across the United States, Canada and Mexico.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare business cases, customer presentations, forecasts, and project updates.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, technical sales, engineering support, or project management would be considered a strong advantage.Preferred ProfileA hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-driven professional with the ability to work independently, open doors with new customers, and represent REHAU Industrial Solutions with credibility at both technical and executive levels.This position is key to accelerating our growth in the U.S. and Mexico by expanding our OEM customer base and transforming technical opportunities into sustainable, profitable business.
