The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural engineering projects, including design, analysis, and review of plans and specifications.Prepare detailed calculations, technical reports, and project documentation.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.Review and approve drawings, calculations, and construction documents.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.QualificationsCurrent PE or SE certification.Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering.Proficiency with structural design software and industry standards.Strong understanding of materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.BenefitsCompetitive salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match and profit sharing.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and continuing education support.
