Unlike many agencies where RBTs feel overworked and under supported, we invest in you as a valuable member of our team!At Gold Vine, you can expect: Full-time or part-time scheduling options  Extra supervision and training during your first 90 days, including ongoing mentorship and open communication with leads Consistent hours and flexible scheduling within a clinic-based role  Reliable clients and supportive families with a dependable, consistent team Clear expectations and realistic responsibilities  A positive, family-friendly work environment  Opportunities to grow within the field of ABA This is a great fit for someone who wants meaningful work with children while being supported by a team that values consistency, communication, and staff well-being.What You'll DoAs an RBT, you will work directly with children in our clinic and help them build important skills through individualized ABA therapy.Responsibilities include: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting  Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision  Support communication, social, play, daily living, and learning readiness skills  Collect data and track client progress  Follow individualized treatment plans with consistency and care  Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, families, and clinic leadership  Maintain professional and accurate documentation  Support a positive, safe, and encouraging clinic environment What We're Looking ForRequired: Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain with support  High school diploma or higher  Passion for working with children  Strong communication and teamwork skills  Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism  Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic  CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain Preferred: Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities  Previous ABA or childcare experience  Interest in growing within the ABA field  Current students in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field Student Analysts WelcomeAre you currently pursuing your BCBA or BCaBA certification?We welcome student analysts and would love to support your growth.
