These are hybrid roles.Only looking for candidates who can work on W2 Strictly no C2C or third-party vendorsLocation: Parsippany, NJDuration: 12+ monthsWhat You’ll DoDesign and own full-stack applications in a complex, high-stakes production environment.Directly shape and extend the internal platform that powers these applications.Lead large modules and pipelines while still contributing to smaller, high-velocity improvements.Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.Drive integrations with content generation, plugins, and AI agents.What You Bring10+ years of software engineering experience, with 7+ years at a Staff, Principal, or Lead Individual Contributor level.Strong full-stack production experience across multiple frameworks (tech-agnostic mindset is key).Hands-on platform engineering background, you’ve built or deeply extended internal platforms, not just consumed them.Excellent backend fundamentals and algorithmic thinking (you use Big-O and data structures as practical tools).Experience shipping to external customers (B2B or B2C) in regulated or high-stakes environments.Solid AWS cloud experience (both development and production).Strong Postgres relational database skills with a focus on integrity and performance.Adaptable AI/ML fluency, you can ramp up on new AI tools quickly and know when to trust (or override) AI output.Our StackReact, Python, Postgres, AWS, built on solid algorithms and thoughtful data design rather than hype-driven tech.
