Job Title: Technical Business Analyst – Healthcare Data ReportingLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: Direct HireSalary Range: $100K – $120KJob Description:We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Technical Business Analyst with a background in healthcare data reporting. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of complex healthcare data into meaningful insights and client-ready reporting deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of healthcare datasets, hands-on SQL expertise, and experience supporting reporting and analytics functions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and data/reporting teams to gather, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate business needs into clear technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutionsManage reporting intake workflows, ensuring prioritization, clarity, and timely deliveryAnalyze healthcare data including claims, eligibility, accumulators, and benefit structuresPerform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL to ensure accuracy and integrity of reportsCollaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and analysts to support dashboards and reporting solutionsSupport development, testing, and documentation of reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI or similar)Monitor and track KPIs to drive reporting efficiency and operational improvementsCommunicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersQualifications4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar roleStrong experience working with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, benefits, accumulators)Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validationExperience supporting reporting, analytics, or data teamsSolid understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and data pipelinesProven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with BI tools such as Power BI (preferred)Ideal Candidate ProfileBackground in healthcare payer, TPA, PBM, or healthcare analytics environmentStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracyExperience working in client-facing reporting or analytics functionsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience driving process improvements and defining reporting KPIsComfortable working cross-functionally with business, data, and engineering teamsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
