Technical Program Manager – Digital Transformation
This is a 6 months Hybrid contract role in Tualatin, OR. Regular Mon-Fri shift. As a key supporter of the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream, the I2R Program/Project Manager will be tasked with organizing, coordinating, and managing a variety of projects. This position requires collaboration within a highly matrixed environment to drive projects and programs for the I2R Digital Transformation Team.Top skills:Technical Program/Project ManagementCross-functional Stakeholder management and ability to work independentlyData driven decision makingPLM/PDM and CAD familiarity and a great plusQualifications:Master’s degree in business, engineering or operations management, or a related field.Strong program/project management experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, technically driven initiatives.Demonstrated ability to work in digital transformation or large-scale system implementation programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed, global organization.Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.High attention to detail, with strong ownership and accountability mindset.Located within 50 miles of the Tualatin, Oregon (US) location and able to travel within US, up to 5% of the time.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals.Utilize tools such as SharePoint, JIRA/ADO, Power BI, and data analytics platforms to track progress, report status, and enable data-driven decision-making.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and external partners, driving clear communication, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders.Develop comprehensive program and project plans, including technical dependencies, integration milestones, release readiness criteria, and deployment plans.Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier.Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2; or 5+ years of related experience in project management or program management.Proficiency in JIRA, ADO, Power BI and SharePoint.PLM/PDM and CAD background preferred, with familiarity supporting product lifecycle, engineering data, design release, change management, or related digital thread processes.Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
