Job Description
We are seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and softwareResolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronicallyRecommend hardware and software improvementsTrack customer issues and resolutionsQualifications:1 - 5 years' experience in IT, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely.
