OverviewServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant (Full-Time)Work Type: Fully Remote (EST or CT time zone preferred)Start Date: ASAPEligibility: U.S. Citizenship requiredCompensation: $140,000-$175,000 (based on experience)We\'re working with a fast-growing ServiceNow consulting organization that partners with enterprise clients to design, position, and deliver high-impact ServiceNow solutions. They\'re looking for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant who can bridge technical expertise with sales strategy and help drive successful outcomes from first conversation through deal close.This role is well-suited for someone currently supporting pre-sales at a ServiceNow implementation partner and ready to take on more ownership and visibility.ResponsibilitiesDrive discovery sessions to understand customer goals, technical environments, and pain pointsOwn the technical sales motion, including solution positioning and architecture recommendationsCollaborate with sales leadership to shape deal strategy and influence buying decisionsConvert business requirements into well-structured ServiceNow solution designsContribute to proposals, SOWs, and RFP submissionsDeliver clear, compelling presentations to both executive and technical audiencesWork closely with delivery teams to ensure continuity from pre-sales through implementationDesired Background7+ years of experience in enterprise IT roles3+ years supporting pre-sales, architecture, or technical consulting effortsBroad, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across multiple modulesPrior experience as a Solution Architect, Platform Owner, or similar roleBackground with a ServiceNow partner or consulting firm preferredStrong communication skills with a consultative, customer-focused approachWhat Sets This Role ApartHigh exposure to enterprise clients and sales leadershipAbility to influence solution strategy before delivery beginsFully remote environment with an established consulting teamCompetitive compensation and long-term career growthOscar Associates Limited (US) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
