About Company:About the Role:The Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of materials, products, and information within the supply chain or production environment. This position is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to internal departments or customers, minimizing delays and bottlenecks. The Expeditor works closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to track orders, resolve issues, and communicate status updates effectively. By proactively identifying potential disruptions, the Expeditor helps maintain production schedules and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role contributes to operational efficiency and supports the organization's ability to meet delivery commitments consistently. Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or production support role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to use inventory management and order tracking software. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling. Familiarity with vendor management and procurement procedures. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities:Monitor and track the status of purchase orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve delays or discrepancies. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prioritize and expedite critical materials or orders. Maintain accurate records of order statuses, delivery schedules, and related documentation. Identify potential supply chain issues and escalate them promptly to management for resolution.
