Facilities Engineer

We are partnering with an independent oil & gas operator seeking a Facilities Engineer to support field operations, rotating equipment reliability, gas processing facilities, and capital projects across producing assets in the Four Corners region.This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll work closely with operations and maintenance teams to improve facility performance, reliability, and safety while managing projects from concept through execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead rotating equipment reliability and maintenance programs, including reciprocating compressors, pumps, and VRUs.Provide engineering support for compression and gas processing facilities.Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize facility performance.Manage facility upgrades and capital projects from scope through execution.Work closely with field operations, maintenance teams, and contractors.Support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.3+ years of facilities engineering experience within upstream oil & gas.Experience with rotating equipment, gas processing facilities, and production infrastructure.Strong project management and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in both office and field environments.Why Apply?High-impact engineering role with significant ownership.Diverse mix of operations, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects.Competitive compensation and benefits.Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
