This role has a direct impact on the success of Digital Health initiatives, contributing to consistent and predictable delivery of business value to our clients.This individual will work across Evio’s flagship products and new products as they are brought to market:Evio Connect: Our direct to provider communication solutionEvio Insights/Real-World Evidence: Our core real-world evidence solution and analytics dashboardsEvio Engage: Our value-based care administration service and platformResponsibilitiesProduct Requirement Definition: Define and document product requirements with key internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and update requirements through ideation, design, and build phases with alignment to business and customer needs.Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (job aids, workflow documents, data specifications, SOPs). Ensure documents reflect the latest understanding in a startup environment.Project Management: Independently organize, plan, and manage project milestones using project management tools appropriate to scope.Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote shared understanding, timelines, and goals. Incorporate stakeholder feedback at each step.Product Support: Assist new and existing clients, resolve issues promptly, and support product launches and activation activities such as onboarding and enrollment.Qualifications and Skills3-5 years of experience managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, preferably in healthcare, with experience in process and product documentation and analytics product development.Experience with EHR, pharmacy, and PBM workflows that enable patients to access prescribed therapies from benefit verification and prior authorization through dispensing and adherence support.Experience with pharmacy benefit management and EHR interoperability technologies, including standards (NCPDP – eRx, ePA, Formulary), HL7, FHIR, Direct Messaging.Bias for action and high-velocity learning; ability to work in ambiguity.High EQ and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.Data- and research-driven decision-making.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.Basic SQL and relational database knowledge for querying healthcare data.BonusStart-up experience or familiarity with taking a product from 0-1.Experience with Pharmacy Value Based care initiatives.Salary ConsiderationsAnticipated annual base pay range: $100,000 - $120,000 plus additional variable compensation. The package may include a base salary with an annual bonus incentive plan and other variable opportunities depending on seniority, location, and hire date.
