Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Candidate must have experience with geriatrics, post-acute care, or long-term care settings. (Preferred)Experience with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. (Preferred)Ability to provide therapeutic exercise, balance and gait training, and functional mobility interventions in an SNF environment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.Schedule Pattern: 5x8.Assignment may include split coverage or travel between nearby facilities in the region; candidate should be willing to float as needed.
