Marketing Specialist

Purpose: To lead marketing initiatives and graphic design services for Modern Salon and Spa for each of our three locations. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, print/digital and social media, ensuring brand consistency.ResponsibilitiesServe as the central driver of overall marketing strategy and execution across all locationsOwn creation of all branded marketing materials across digital and in-salon (promotions, events, product launches, education, signage)Creates copy for email blasts and social mediaPlans and executes all social media content and engagement including Facebook and Instagram Ad functionsHandle operational marketing needs like donations, seasonal campaigns, and collateral orderingPartner with leadership and managers to develop campaigns, promotions, and growth initiativesEnsure brand consistency and elevated visual identity across all touchpointsOversee influencer partnerships and community-driven marketing effortsEducates team members on social media best practices and optimizationSchedule and coordinate all photography and videography neededCreate and design all marketing materials, which include, event fliers, package sales sheets, salon displays, product launch fliers, education fliers, monthly promotional fliersManage website content and designRequirements:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar with prior experience in a marketing role.
