Responsible for developing effective and efficient execution plans for all learning initiatives to ensure consistent execution and impact sustainability for strategic learning projects and initiatives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFacilitates the train the trainer events for high profile or complex leader-led training programs. Coordinates and facilitates enterprise-wide training and development initiatives. Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of enterprise-wide training and development initiatives.Develops successful delivery execution plans for all learning initiatives across all business units to ensure consistent execution and impact sustainability for strategic, enterprise-wide learning projects and large scale learning events and meetings. Reports implementation progress and key metrics to senior leadership on a monthly basis.Consults with and advises business partners and HR Generalists in the creation of the most effective, efficient and cost effective project rollout, implementation and tracking processes. Responsible for the creation, communication and monitoring of detailed plans for enterprise-wide projects. Consults and advises partners regarding related assessment, and evaluation and review of pilots. Assesses training effectiveness and delivery plans and partners in the creation of train the trainer plans for rollout.Develops, manages and enforces the consistent application of the standard procedures, best practices and common deliverables formats, templates and processes which drive the creation and distribution of training courses, job aides, reference manuals, and forms.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesStrong planning and organizing skillsStrong relationship building and influencing skillsAbility to apply business acumen and think strategicallyExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage projectsWorking knowledge of all Microsoft applicationsPresentation/group facilitation skillsWork Experience &/or EducationBachelor's degree required.
