This is not a traditional front-desk/reception role. You'll do some scheduling and onboarding but the heart of the job is consultative selling, follow-up, and helping clients take action. If you're energized by people, goals, and a fast-paced studio environment, you'll love it here.What You'll DoSales & Client Growth (Core of the role)Use a consultative approach to understand client goals and recommend personalized solutionsGive studio tours and confidently present and close memberships/service packagesOwn follow-up: respond to inquiries, re-engage leads, and convert first-time visitors into repeat clientsHelp drive studio performance through strong conversion habits and team collaborationClient Experience & EducationWelcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and positive energyEducate clients on the benefits, protocols, and safety of our services (we train you)Create a consistent, elevated experience that keeps clients coming backStudio OperationsManage check-ins, scheduling, and onboarding (including medical waivers and POS profile creation)Answer calls/texts, return voicemails, and assist with booking/reschedulingMaintain a clean, safe, welcoming studio and support day-to-day operationsExecute opening/closing dutiesCultureEmbody Restore's mission, values, and Hyper Wellness lifestyleContribute to a high-energy team culture where everyone feels seen and supportedSuccess Looks LikeStrong tour-to-sale and first-visit conversionConsistent membership/package closes through goal-based conversationsFast, professional follow-up and excellent communicationHigh client satisfaction and repeat visitsReliable execution and attention to detail in onboarding/POSQualificationsMust-haves1+ year experience in sales or membership/package selling (such as fitness, wellness, med-spa, boutique retail, hospitality)Comfortable asking for the sale and handling common objections with confidence and empathyStrong communication skills and follow-up habits (phone/text/email)Coachable, proactive, team-first mindsetInterest in health and wellness you don't need to be an expert, but you should enjoy learning and sharing itWillingness to work weekends (it's our busiest and most fun time)Nice-to-havesExperience selling memberships (fitness studios, gyms, spas, med-spas)CRM/POS experience and strong organizationPrior role with goals, quotas, or performance-based payCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourRestore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning industry leader and creator of an innovative new category of careHyper Wellness.
