Plus, no Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required, and you'll use company-provided vehicles!ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence & Communication Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.Leadership & Teamwork Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.Delivery Operations Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.Returns & Pickups Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.Safety Compliance Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.Cash & Charge Transactions Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
