Duration: Direct HireJob Title: ControllerLocation: Concord, MA 01742 (Hybrid 3 days onsite)Compensation: Up to $170K annual salary plus 10% bonus and benefitsScope of Position / Overview of ResponsibilitiesReporting to the VP of Finance & Operations, this role will manage a 5-person team.Ensure a timely and efficient monthly closeAssist with the consolidation of multiple business units, with a focus on proper revenue recognitionProvide financial and strategic insightsMonitor the financial performance of the region and financial risksImplement practices that streamline key finance processesWork with senior finance leaders across the businessLead the development and agreement of annual budgets for the regionQualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 5 years of operational, General Ledger accounting experienceMinimum 2 years of Supervisory / Managerial experienceStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAny FP&A experience is a plus, but not requiredAny Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
