All we need is you!Seeking Manual WelderEK is looking for a full-time Welder ready to work hard and build their welding experience with our team. We are looking for a new Welder that can weld on a wide variety of metals and alloys, navigate blueprints and directions successfully, and who is ready to take their weld skills to the next level.What you'll be responsible for:Successfully reading and understanding American and European blueprints, geometrical call outs, and weld symbols to meet or exceed client expectationsUsing GMAW-P, GMAW-S, and GTAW to effectively weld weldments, tanks, and metal parts together per the weld process specification sheetPerforming welding on a wide variety of metals and alloys, including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminumHand layouts of weldments with little to no supervision or assistanceUsing fixtures, gauges, and jigs to manufacture welded parts to customer specificationsAssisting with creating work instructionsCompleting first piece, in process, and final inspections using calipers, height gauges, protractors, and tape measuresPressure testing fuel tanks and hydro testing glycol tanksTraveling between plants and adapting to the product mix requirements at each facilityAnalyzing weld processes and recommending process improvementsBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, company paid for short term disability, and more!Birthday Pay and 6 paid Holidays!2 weeks paid Parental Leave!80 hours of vacation in your first 6 months!Company Events and summer food trucks!And more!
