If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our KPMG Strategy practice.Responsibilities:Perform domestic and global HR due diligence with respect to mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs, and other similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market companies and private equity investorWork with KPMG's cross-functional due diligence teams on the HR portion of engagements, focusing on the establishment and merging of compensation and benefits platformsAssist with identifying HR, compensation and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligenceContribute to the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables with KPMG's integration and separation teams, and assist with communication of results with clientsSupport the benchmarking and refinement of compensation programs (salary, cash incentives, and equity compensation) during transactional and/or transformational situationsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:A minimum of three years actuarial experience in the design, and implementation of active health and welfare plans with a top accounting or benefits consulting firm.
