Role: Frontend/Web EngineerLocation: Austin, TX (5 days a week Onsite)Contract Duration: 6 monthsKey Notes:Must have at least 12+ years of total experience and 6+ years of strong experience developing enterprise applications.Experience working in B2C applications is highly desired.Must be local to Austin, TX.Role Mandate:Lead the web experience for the Sales Command Center, working closely with the iOS team to deliver a consistent cross-channel product. The app gives sales users a unified workspace combining Dynamics 365 customer context, workflows, documents, insights, and actions.Key Responsibilities:Build the Sales Command Center web app using React and TypeScriptDevelop reusable components and frontend architecture for complex enterprise sales journeysTranslate UX/design-system specs into production-grade experiencesIntegrate with BFFs and domain APIs (no direct coupling to Dynamics 365)Build role-based workspaces spanning customer info, activities, documents, tasks, workflow state, insights, and recommended actionsImplement secure auth and session management via Microsoft Entra IDDesign loading, validation, empty, error, and degraded-state experiencesKeep web and React Native/iOS experiences consistent; collaborate on shared API contracts and navigation patternsOwn accessibility, analytics, telemetry, performance, and automated UI testingJoin sprint demos and client-facing engineering discussionsRequired SkillsReact | TypeScript/JavaScript · Modern state management · Enterprise-scale responsive web apps · REST API integration · OAuth 2.0/OIDC · Microsoft Entra ID · Design systems/component libraries · Accessibility (WCAG) · Frontend performance engineering · Jest/React Testing Library/Playwright · Frontend observability/analytics · Azure deployment · Working knowledge of React Native/iOS patterns · Understanding of Dynamics 365 as a headless system of recordPreferred:Sales/advisor/employee command-center apps · React Native exposure · Dynamics 365/Dataverse exposure · Azure-hosted platforms · Financial-services or regulated-enterprise experienceCandidates must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
