Quality Technician

Job Title: Qualtiy Technician *Key Responsibilities* * *In-Line Inspection*: Conduct regular product line patrol and audits to identify defects and deviations during the manufacturing process. * *Testing & Measurement*: Perform functional, mechanical, and visual inspections on raw materials and finished solar products using quality instrumentation. * *Defect Troubleshooting*: Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials promptly to prevent further production quality issues * *Data Management*: Accurately document and record inspection results, test data, and shift quality reports in the internal system. * *Equipment Calibration*: Support the calibration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of quality control testing tools and gauges. * *Cross-functional Collaboration*: Communicate quality data and critical defects immediately to production supervisors and process engineers to implement corrective actions * *Safety & Compliance*: Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, safety guidelines, and workplace 5S standards. *Requirements & Qualifications* * *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required * *Experience*: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing quality control, ideally within the solar, semiconductor, automotive, or electronics industry. * *Technical Skills*: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/MES systems) and ability to read technical drawings or blueprints. * *Physical Demands*: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads in a fast-paced production environment throughout an extended shift. * *Shift Flexibility*: Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including rotating day/night shifts and weekends. * *Core Competencies*: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset under high-pressure timelines.
