This contract role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering hands-on therapy to diverse patient populations and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine occupational therapy needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practicesDeliver therapeutic interventions to support daily living, motor skills, and functional independenceRegularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed to maximize outcomesEducate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic strategies and safe practicesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient careMaintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and professional standardsQualifications:Valid state license (or eligibility) to practice as an Occupational TherapistExperience working in a hospital or acute care setting strongly preferredSolid foundation in assessment, therapeutic interventions, and patient educationStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interactionsAbility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage a varied caseloadCurrent CPR/BLS certification preferred
