This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional teams to build impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and sales performance.Role Overview:As a key product leader, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for sales analytics and dashboards. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, uncover gaps, and deliver scalable, insight-driven dashboards—enhanced with AI capabilities for smarter forecasting and pipeline visibility.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement & DiscoveryPartner with Sales Leadership, CRO org, RevOps, and Product teamsConduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather requirementsTranslate business needs into a clear dashboard strategy and roadmapDrive alignment across sales teams and product linesDashboard Strategy & Gap AnalysisEvaluate existing reporting and dashboardsIdentify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistenciesDesign role-based dashboards for executives, managers, and repsDefine a scalable and standardized reporting frameworkSales Metrics & Reporting Build dashboards covering:Pipeline health and coverageFunnel conversion and stage analysisForecast vs. actualsARR / Bookings / ACV trendsWin/Loss and deal analysisSales cycle and deal velocityProduct and segment performanceExpansion, renewal, and churn metricsProduct OwnershipOwn dashboard product roadmap and executionConvert requirements into user stories and specsCollaborate with Data Engineering and BI teamsEnsure dashboards are actionable and executive-readyAI & Advanced AnalyticsIntroduce AI-driven insights and predictive analyticsEnable use cases such as:Pipeline risk scoringForecast predictionsDeal slippage detectionOpportunity prioritizationNext best action recommendationsAdoption & Change ManagementDrive adoption across sales teams and leadershipConduct demos and executive presentationsContinuously improve dashboards based on feedbackReduce manual reporting and accelerate decision-makingRequired Experience10+ years in Product Management, Sales Analytics, or BI rolesExperience working with Sales Leadership and executive stakeholdersStrong expertise in sales KPIs within product companiesHands-on experience with stakeholder discovery and workshopsProven track record in building executive-level dashboardsExperience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or SalesforceStrong understanding of SaaS sales metricsPreferred QualificationsExperience in B2B SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with Salesforce data modelsExposure to AI/predictive analytics in salesExperience with large-scale sales organizationsWorking knowledge of SQL, Databricks, or modern data stacksAt LatentView Analytics, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and provide equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
