Compensation of Soldering Technicians :1 st Shift 6a - 2:30p Monday - Friday $ 23.50 an hour2 nd Shift 2:30p - 11p Monday - Friday $ 25.85 an hourUnlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.Health, Dental, Vision insurance Responsibilities of Soldering Technicians :Utilize soldering equipment to repair, modify, and chair parts on electronic circuit boards and STB unitsTesting/troubleshooting/repair of PCBs (printer circuit boards) at the component levelAssociate will be working on radio antennas / amplifier transmittersComply with quality performance standardsMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition Requirements of Soldering Technicians :2+ years thru -hole and surface-mount solderingComponent-level soldering repair required .Will be working on radio antennas / amplifier transmittersComputer literate. Basic computer proficiency & data entry. Be able to navigate computer applications (i.e. MS Office)Communicate with others in English. Training will be conducted in English.
