5-7 development experience• 2-3 Android development experience• Fin Tech / Banking experience (nice but not necessary)• Example apps in the stores• 5-7 years' experience on native dev• Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJava), Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit and Kotlin• Technical degree or additional experienceThe ideal candidate will have:Proven Experience: Hands-on mobile development experience.App Store Presence: Experience with publishing applications in mobile app stores.Android Expertise: Android development within an enterprise environment.Kotlin Mastery: Experience with Kotlin, Reactive Programming, Constructs, Coroutines, Dependency Injection (Dagger), Retrofit, and Jetpack Architecture components.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and other relevant programming languages.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
