Title Processor (5+ exp req and title producer license pref)

* Licensed as a Title Insurance Producer in Virginia and Maryland is preferred.We are looking for a Senior Title Processor with a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in title processing and real estate transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of title work, proficiency in Qualia, and a passion for exemplary Customer Service.Each processor is expected to meet with their book of business of clients at least once per quarter to deepen relationships, attend company training sessions, and contribute to the company’s growth. A strong social media presence is highly preferred for this position. A yearly performance-based bonus is also available.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full title process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.Utilize Qualia and other title management software expertly to optimize workflow.Resolve complex title issues such as liens, judgments, and title defects, ensuring timely closings.Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.Meet with your book of business of clients quarterly to maintain and strengthen relationships.Actively engage in business development conversation with others to grow the company’s client base.Participate in company training and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.Prepare and review title documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Deliver 5-star service by communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in title processing, with strong knowledge of real estate documentation and title insurance policies.Expert proficiency in Qualia software is required.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.Strong business development skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships.Active social media presence is highly preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.Benefits:Competitive salaryMedical benefitsPaid time off and holidays401(k)Job Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearExperience:Title Processing: 5 years (Required)Qualia: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Title Producing license (Preferred)Work Location: In person
