We'd love for you to join our team!Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – PeopleSoft to drive the technical architecture, design, and development of enterprise PeopleSoft HCM solutions. This role will lead technical teams in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions, with a strong focus on integrations, system optimization, and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft technologies and hands‐on experience supporting Time & Labor and Absence Management modules.ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Lead will oversee all technical aspects of the project, including:Designing and implementing system architecture, integrations, and technical solutions within the PeopleSoft ecosystemDeveloping, reviewing, and optimizing configurations, customizations, and integrationsEnsuring adherence to PeopleSoft development standards, best practices, and coding guidelinesManaging environment strategy , including migrations, releases, and version control across development, test, and production environmentsLeading technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution effortsCollaborating with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutionsSupporting and guiding development teams through code reviews and technical mentorshipProducing and maintaining technical documentation , including design specifications and integration documentationProviding knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholdersEducation and ExperienceMinimum of seven (7) years of PeopleSoft technical experienceBachelors degree requiredRequired SkillsStrong expertise in:PeopleToolsApplication EngineSQR (Structured Query Reporting)PeopleCodeIntegration BrokerDemonstrated experience configuring and customizing Time & Labor and Absence Management modulesExperience developing and supporting integrations with payroll and HR systemsProven experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) imagesFamiliarity with Oracle database technologies , including performance tuning and query optimizationDesired SkillsExperience in government or legislative environmentsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery modelsExperience with cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated deployment tools within PeopleSoft environmentsSecurity ClearanceUS citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearanceMore About B&ANotable ClientsB&A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
