Call Center Representative (Contract‑to‑Hire) Call Center Representative Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid) Call Center Representative Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Call Center Representative Work Model Training: In‑officeOngoing: 4 days in office / 1 day remote (hybrid over the next 6–12 months) Call Center Representative Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour Call Center Representative Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers through phone, email, and chat in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven contact center environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, providing empathetic support, and working with cutting‑edge technology products.You will support customers ranging from field professionals to legal teams, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. Call Center Representative Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)1–2 years of customer service or customer support experienceExperience supporting customers via phone, email, and chatStrong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolutionComfortable working in a performance‑measured environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with CRM and call center softwareAbility to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and independently Call Center Representative Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree2+ years of multi‑channel customer support experience in a fast‑paced environmentExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or contact center tools (e.g., InContact)Candidates must be comfortable speaking with law enforcement professionals and legal teams and maintaining professionalism at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, AZ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
